  • Winter House, a blend of cool weather greens topped with candied walnuts, dried cranberries, local goat cheese and a maple-shallot vinaigrette.
  • Classic Caesar, crisp romaine tossed with tangy Caesar dressing, homemade garlic croutons, topped with a sprinkle of shredded asiago and a wedge of lemon

Entrée:

  • Browndog Yellowfin, a seared filet of sashimi tuna, finished with wasabi-ginger glaze and black sesame seeds
  • Incredible Wellington, a choice cut of beef filet wrapped in golden puff pastry with savory bleu cheese and mushroom duxelle topped with onion marmalade
  • Bistro Duck, skin on Maple Leaf duck breast, finished with an orange blossom honey and balsamic pan sauce

Dessert:

  • Chocolate Orange Lava cake, a semi-sweet chocolate cake served warm with a center of orange liqueur and chocolate ganache garnished with vanilla ice cream
  • Crème Brulee, a cool, creamy vanilla custard under a caramelized sugar surface with freshly whipped cream on the side

Water is served throughout dinner and coffee is offered with dessert.  Unfortunately, we do not serve alcohol so please feel free to bring the alcoholic beverage of your choice to compliment your meal.  We’ll provide the rest.

At $75 per person including taxes and gratuity, this is an experience not to be missed.  In order to make this dinner a possibility, six guests are required to book and reservations must be made a week prior for preparation purposes, but please feel free to ask if the dinner is available with less than one week's notice as we may still be able to accommodate you.
