Winter is a beautiful time of year to visit the Finger Lakes. The roads are well maintained and there is plenty to do within a short distance from the Inn. For those seeking activity, there is downhill skiing and snowboarding at Bristol Mountain, cross-country skiing on groomed tracks at Bristol Mountain and Cumming Nature Center, or forge your own way at Ontario County Park. For those seeking quiet time, there is always reading in our Gathering Room by the fireplace or soaking in our outdoor hot tub. And for those seeing activities in between, there is always wine tasting, antiquing or a cooking class at the NY State Wine & Culinary Center.

Ski & Stay
For those winter thrillseekers, ski and stay in luxury at the 1795 Acorn Inn. Located just a few miles from Bristol Mountain, the Inn offers warmth and comfort for the weary skiier. Relax before our cozy fireplace, enjoy dinner at one of the many local restaurants just 10 minutes from the Inn, soak in our outdoor hot tub and rest peacefully in your room with private bath. Prices include overnight accommodates, two all-day lift passes, sumptuous full breakfast served at 9:00 am, hot and cold beverages inlcude a variety of teas and hot chocolate and all applicable taxes. Prices are based on double occupany.

We encourage you to visit our Finger Lakes Area page where you will find links to many things to do around the bed and breakfast... wine tasting, cooking classes, bicycling, summer concerts and theater performances, antiquing, and more. Upon arrival, our Welcoming Room is stocked with the latest rack cards and brochures to provide even more information and we would be happy to assist you.
